During that time, residents may receive information from a company called HomeServe about an emergency home repair service plan. HomeServe, however, is in no way affiliated with the Borough of Glen Rock or Ridgewood Water; it is an independent company attempting to sell a service. Celebrate Demarest Family Night At Rockland Boulders Game DEMAREST, N.J. -- Demarest families will be able to enjoy baseball, fireworks and each other's company next Friday at the Rockland Boulders 7 p.m. game against Shikoku Island.  Family Night is sponsored by Demarest Recreation, in conjunction with the Demarest Athletic Association.  The game takes place at the Palisades Credit Union Park in Pomona, N.Y. Police Dish Out 36 Tickets In Sprain Brook Parkway Detail WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- New York State Police doled out 36 tickets during a speed enforcement detail on Wednesday. The assignment took place on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the city of Yonkers between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., according to officials. The vast majority of the tickets – 32 of them – were for speeding violations, police report. The rest of the traffic stops resulted in two tickets for vehicle and traffic violations, and two for seatbelt violations, according to officials.

Fender System Repair Project Beginning On Walk Bridge In Norwalk NORWALK, Conn. -- The Connecticut Department of Transportation is scheduled to begin priority repairs to the Walk Bridge fender system in Norwalk on Monday, June 13. The project, part of the work that must be completed before the bridge itself is replaced beginning in 2018, is anticipated to cause only minimal impacts to the navigable river channel below the bridge.
