New Canaan Church Women Make Kits For Lutheran World Relief NEW CANAAN, Conn. -- The women of St. Michael's Lutheran Church recently assembled 42 personal care kits, along with 24 baby care kits, for Lutheran World Relief. The Sunday school children also participated in the effort, assembling 41 school kits. The care packages – all 107 of them – will be sent off around the world through LWR this month. Last year the church’s kits assisted people in need in Haiti, Serbia and the Ukraine.
