Police Charge Girl In Rockland Underage Drinking Party RAMAPO, N.Y. -- Ramapo police have charged a teenage girl with violating the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law during a party at a local residence. The Ramapo Police Department received an anonymous complaint of underage drinking at a house party in the Village of Airmont on Saturday at approximately 11:16 p.m., police report. Officers responded and observed approximately 30 guests under the age of 21 at the residence, according to officials.
