Man Pleads Guilty To Skimming At ATMs In Ridgefield
FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Conn. -- A New York man has pleaded guilty in an ATM skimming plot that included stealing debit card information in Ridgefield, Norwalk and Wilton.
Moises Morales Cano, 31, of Astoria, N.Y., pleaded guilty in federal court in Providence, R.I., Tuesday to conspiracy to commit bank fraud and aggravated identity theft, admitting to his role in a scheme to manipulate bank ATMs.
The scheme resulted in the theft of personal information skimmed from debit cards belonging to more than 1,300 individuals and the loss of more than $709,000, officials report.

Man Allegedly Breaks Fish Tank During Domestic Dispute, Yorktown Police Say
YORKTOWN HEIGHTS, N.Y. -- Yorktown police have charged a 40-year-old resident of White Plains with criminal mischief and menacing, following an alleged domestic altercation.
The arrest stemmed from the report of a past domestic incident made by a female at Police Headquarters on Wednesday, April 27, at approximately 9:37 a.m., according to officials.
An officer was assigned and conducted an investigation; the inquiry revealed that a man, identified as Leonel S. Guardado, allegedly broke a fish tank and menaced the female while at her residence on April 27, at 12:40 a.m, police report.

Artist & Craftsman Supply Opens In Bridgeport
BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Artist & Craftsman Supply opened the doors of its 29th store in Bridgeport on Monday, April 18, at the Arcade Mall on Main Street.
The employee-owned chain of stores, which is based in Portland, Maine, has been providing supplies to creative communities for over 30 years.
The Bridgeport facility comes nearly two years after the company’s arrival in New Haven.
