Smith says 16 children from Putnam County will be attending the 2016 New York State Sheriffs' Association Institute's Summer Camp from Sunday through July 2. Patterson Man Charged With Menacing In Domestic Incident CARMEL, N.Y. -- Putnam County sheriff’s deputies have arrested a 50-year-old Patterson man on charges resulting from a domestic incident, authorities said.
