Englewood Cliffs Tennis, Basketball Courts Being Renovated ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J. -- Englewood Cliffs is renovating the tennis and basketball courts at Witte Field. During the project, all courts will be closed, and entry into the area will be prohibited. Both the tennis and basketball courts are scheduled to re-open Labor Day weekend. The basketball courts on Birch Street, along with the tennis courts on Hudson Terrace, still are open for residential use. For the safety of everyone, officials are asking residents to adhere to all signs posted in the area.
