Police ID Man Hit, Killed In Manchester As 45-Year-Old Authorities have identified the man who was hit and killed overnight in Manchester.  Jaime Cordero, 45, of Manchester, was struck by a car just before midnight on Monday, March 24, in the area of 360 Buckland Hills Drive, police said.  The 18-year-old driver remained at the scene.  Manchester police closed a portion of Buckland Hills Drive for hours as they cleared and investigated the scene.  Officers ask anyone with information on the crash to contact Manchester police at 860-645-5500.
