Orangetown Police Charge Spring Valley Man With DWI ORANGETOWN, N.Y. -- Orangetown police have arrested a 32-year-old resident of Spring Valley on a DWI charge, authorities said. The arrest occurred when a motorist, identified as Renald Beauchard, was stopped on Polhemus Street in Nyack for driving erratically and other traffic violations on Saturday, about 5:01 a.m., according to officials.
