Hartford Police Not At Fault In Inmate's Death, Report Says: 'This Is A Sad Case' A Hartford woman who told officers she had recently used fentanyl was found dead inside a city jail cell, a state investigation determined. Linda Praylow, 49, was discovered unresponsive in her holding cell at the Hartford Police Department early in the morning of April 5, 2024. She had no pulse and was later pronounced dead at Saint Francis Hospital, according to the Office of Inspector General Report. Peabody Man Seriously Injured In NH Snowmobile Crash A 57-year-old Massachusetts man was severely injured this week when he crashed a rented snowmobile he was on while riding a trail in New Hampshire. The Peabody man was injured around 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 19, in Lincoln, New Hampshire, while riding among a tour group along the Primary Trail 156 at the Bog Pond Trail Junction, state wildlife officials said. The rider suffered serious but non-life-threatening injuries in the crash. The crash is under investigation.
