Meriden Man Sexually Assaulted Multiple Teenagers: Police A 35-year-old man was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting multiple underage victims, authorities said.  Winal Diaz, of Meriden, was arrested last week and charged with sexual assault on a victim 13 to 15 years old and illegal sexual contact under 16, police said.  Meriden police said they began investigating Diaz on Aug. 31, 2023, and uncovered "multiple victims," officials said.  Police did not disclose how he knew the victims or when the alleged attacks took place.
