High-End Heist: Trio Nabs $31K In Handbags From Long Island Louis Vuitton Police are seeking tips after three people stole tens of thousands of dollars worth of handbags from a Louis Vuitton store on Long Island. The theft occurred Feb. 22 in Huntington Station, at the Walt Whitman Shops, according to Suffolk County Police. 18-Year-Old Dies In Single-Car Crash In Capital Region An 18-year-old man died following a single-car crash on a highway in the region. Emergency crews in Columbia County were called at around 10:15 p.m. Thursday, April 7, with reports of a fatal crash on Route 9G in Germantown, according to State Police.
