County Executive Cuts Ribbon On Rockleigh Physical Therapy Area Thursday ROCKLEIGH, N.J. – Bergen County Executive Jim Tedesco will be on hand to cut the ceremonial ribbon as the Bergen County Health Care Center officially opens its new physical therapy section on Thursday at 10 a.m. The Health Care Center, a 110-bed skilled nursing facility situated on 52 wooded acres in northeast Bergen County, provides 24-hour assistance, including hospice and palliative care, to residents. The facility is located at 35B Piermont Road.
